About the Author
Brenda Gill is a Canadian artist with an interdisciplinary spirit of creativity. During her high school years, she explored Theatre Arts, Creative Writing (poetry), Fine Art, and pursued extra studies in Piano, Voice, and Painting.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Guelph, where she honed her skills in music composition and continued her passion for writing and painting.
Over the years, Brenda has been actively creating, combining her talents in music, lyrics, and visual art. She has produced four CDs, released two videos, and continues to explore artistic expression through various mediums.
Brenda is also the author and illustrator of Silky and Penelope (And What They Did To Me), showcasing her ability to blend storytelling and visual art seamlessly.
